Do you need to find older versions of statutes and session law? Just click the Archive tab in the blue navigation bar on the home page. This will allow you to view Legislative Acts or Statutes and then select a state. From here you can select a year, and view the statutes as they stood at that time. You can also see older versions of a statute while viewing the current statute by clicking on the grey archive tab above the content and title of the statute.
Search any combination of state and federal libraries using the Jurisdiction menu! Directly to the right of the bar you type in is the jurisdiction menu. Clicking on this box will open the menu and allow you to select as many or as few libraries as you wish. Simply check the boxes you need. State and federal level searching can be conducted simultaneously. The Select Related Federal tells the system to return results from your selected state or states as well as any federal material relevant to that jurisdiction specifically. All States will give you results in all the state level libraries and All Federal will give you results from all the federal libraries. Select both All States and All Federal and you will search the entire Casemaker collection. Don't have time to sign up for a Casemaker webinar? You can watch a short training session hosted by Samantha any time day or night by clicking on the Videos link in the upper right of Casemaker. Here you will find our Introductory Training Video as well as other informative presentations available 24 hours a day.
